Maya how to control opacity on object for certain area

Hello, i making body with its organ and use xray network shader for the body..the problem is, i only want organ being visible through the body but there's certain area like in red circle i mark that i dont want its being visible ..i have turned off double sided but still doesnt work..is there away i could do as i mention without getting my shader looks weird..
