Ahaha this is pretty cool. Can we see a wireframe?
Nice to see regular vehicles like this when most people are modelling exotic supercars (like me).
Looks pretty good.
Thanks man, your Ferrari looks super clean though
There's not much difference to the first images, but the highpoly is 99% finished here. I'm just waiting on some photos of his nametag, otherwise I can start producing the lowpoly now.
Got the whole thing baked down now, few poly adjustments to the main body as well as baked the undercarriage. Sitting at 60,770 tris at the moment. Early texturing stages at the minute.
I like it, however I think it needs more grunge on the rims and side of the van. Its seems like there is wear on the van, however not enough for what you are trying to get across. So wear and tear of being old, looks to new and there for causing the person viewing it lose the immersion with the feeling of the asset. Looks to rushed to me I would go back and add this to improve the piece greatly.
It's been about a year since I made this now, I wanted to take a stab at making it into a more classic looking Dodge with some extra trims and so forth. Not looking to spent too long on redoing it - but here's the new highpoly. Should have the LP ready by tomorrow. I've learnt a lot about managing texture resolution in the last year so it'll be nice to texture it with more resolution too.
Wanted to drop this in engine and see how it looked at the moment. It's baked down and I'm currently texturing it at the moment, but I just had to check out a render
looks cool, id ad the extra geo on the rims tho, these 8 extra sides is not that much
That comes from the highpoly actually being octagonal. I've ran into this issue on other projects (the koi cannon on my folio originally had an octagonal barrel that just ended up looking lowpoly) so I'll probably round it off since you won't be the only one that thinks that.

And here are the wires:
Pushed it through the baking phase, 60,139 so far without the undercarriage.

Current texturing progress.
Calling these final.
