Displacement Zbrush

Hello guys, im new with the displacement map, and im searching some helps. 
I have my model done, UV done in Maya, re imported on Zbrush for bake the displacement, and when i  bake it, and then i export,  the result it's the one posted in photoshop. 3 channels all flat and gray.. and don't know why. For bake the displacement, the model is set on the first low res sub, it has the uv, and  it's all ok.. im not understanding why i have this problem.
 If i try, to do the displacement on the right, with the tool, the displacement map comes out! but without a good result.
