NEED SOME HELP WITH COPYING UVs

So I've basically hit a wall and can't find a solution without redoing UVs or re posing the whole character again. I have never had any problems with copying over UV's before using zbrush and it's UVmaster plugin (just as long as the topology is identical). I have foolishly posed the low poly before UVing, thinking that i will just copy and paste the UVs from the Tpose to the posed meshes. There have been no modifications to topology yet when ever I try to copy over the uv's, zbrush gives me the same islands only it adds seams around almost every polygon. I have looked around and some people mentioned that polygroups might be at the root of the issue but i'm at a loss. I've also looked around for a way to copy the UVs over using a different program like maya or 3dCoat but no luck so far. I've attached two obj's with identical topology to this reply, one has UVs and the other is posed without UV. If anyone could maybe give it a go and let me know what i'm doing wrong it would be a life saver for me

UPDATE: ok so i'm not sure if there is a better way but from what i understand if you are not careful with how you set up polygroups before you uv it will look like they are the same but in fact the two objs have different vertex ordering. The only way i found to remedy this is by using a maya script which allows you to transfer the vertex order from one mesh onto the other. It will be a long and painful process because you have to do it for each individual mesh but at least it's better than having to re pose from scratch. For anyone who is interested the plugin is the one linked here
