Likeness Study (Need Critique)

Hi guys, would like some feedback on this likeness study. The Actor I'm trying to sculpt is Tom Hiddleston, just want to know if I'm getting any close to his likeness because my eyes are really burnt out and can't tell anymore, so fresh eyes would be appreciated.

Yes sorry, I just open google images on chrome and never actually download them, I will next time though. Yes I see the side view is way off thanks for pointing it out.
