Painting on Mari 4.0

Hello guys.. Im new on Mari.
i have a litte issue, and im not understanding what im doing wrong. I did the base Albedo of this face on Zbrush, and then i wanted to add some cool stuff and details.. but im stucked here. I dont understand why, the image colors that i add, comes so dark and gray, and not as the original. I created a new layer, took my image, and then painted on it.. but the result it's gray and drak. Any suggestions?
