Huge assets in UE4

Hey guys,

I have huge gate in my UE4 scene and  I have noticed that the textures are being pixelated and the light map looks awful. 

So again what is the best way to approach huge assets in UE4? (technicality)

    Against pixelated textures, I can recommend tiling textures and layered materials with masks.

    breaking down your asset would be a  good start. 
    you dont want a 20 storie building to have one texture for every wall, that starts from the first floor up to the 20th 
    you use one floor,  with one texture and stack it 20 times
    same goes for lets say caves and mountains. you use one mesh and rotate it a couple of times.
