Animations seems fine - as far as design choice go maybe have less wobble and overlap on the head (it seems overanimated).
Stiffen him up a little, a predator like that I imagine would have more of a firm determined head on his shoulders. The offset is too strong and loose.
I think his overall pose is too casual. Needs to be more hunched over and aggressive. Think Kratos from the original God of War trilogy. The feet plants are really soft, like he's walking on pillows.
