Pretty good! I like your snappy style a lot. I would probably remove the dino from the 3DMotive tutorial as it's not really telling me anything other than, well, you can follow a tutorial. Solid work.
one thing i noticed was the hand and feet lock out fully, ie very little movement or pined completely (add in some subtle animation on the hand and feet and bingo bango) . iv worked at a animation studio for some time now and its one of the first things looked at in a reel "subtle animation". all the best
