I'm not sure if it's possible or what I should look into but I'd like to use a level sequence to create a multi-scene cinematic.  Is it possible to preload all the scenes to quickly transition from one to the next?  The scenes are fairly light weight but they all require different directional light settings, exponential fog, and other global effects.  Thanks for any tips!

Look into Sublevels. Its totally posstible though, you would just need to show the one that you want to see and hide the one that you don't want to see, with a level visibility track.
