The purpose of this is to improve my workflow and pipeline in zbrush, in particular I'd like to attempt to utilize zbrush in a more efficient way by working from large to small, low detail to high detail.
This begins with a simple sketch I made in a sketch book and, one night while fiddling with Sculptaris in zbrush 2018, I played with a basic sculpture of the idea.

I went back to the sculpt and started to build on it with a focus on silhouette and recognizablitily from a distance

Satisfied with my basic idea, I returned to the drawing board, blocking out the basics.

Currently this is where I am at. Although I somehow lost the horn wraps (I have no idea where they went!) I am pleased with the hand and arm wraps.

The helmet was made entirely in zbrush (this is a zbrush-focused model - I could have easily took it to maya and blocked it out but that would defeat the purpose)

The detail work beings - finished up the arm wraps and chipping away at the helmet. I duplicated the helmet and negative-inflated it so that it gives the illusion of a layer of paint and then began to chip away on that larger subtool.
