Sketchfab vs Marmoset viewer quality comparison?

A friend and I were talking about the two and we noticed that in general the Sketchfab viewer was not as sharp compared to the exported Marmoset viewer(even after upload to artstation). Is this the general consensus or are some people not setting up their Sketchfab settings correctly? Even in my own scenes I find the Marmoset viewer to be much better at showing off the materials and normals. Very interested to here opinions/facts as to why this might be(Earthquake!!) 
Also what tangent space does Sketchfab work best with? I typically use Mikki/Xnormal in Mamoset.
