3DS Max 2018 Graphics Problem

Hello I have this issue when I try to open 3ds max 2018 with Nitrous Direct3D 9. I have tried almost everything including changing the graphics mode but they are either very slow or the view-port glitches my models. The software was working fine with direct3d 9 until that new windows creators update. My laptop wouldn't turn on, so I had to reset it. I now have this issue. I even tried updating my graphics card to the latest one and I still have this issue. Please help I haven't worked on my project for 2 weeks now because of this issue and all I can do now is watch youtube videos all day haha.
