Inserting (adding) complex details in my CAD game concept designs with one click?

Hello. Can anyone please tell me - is there a possibility to insert a pre-modeled detail of any complexity in any part of any surface of my design in Fusion 360 or other CAD software?

I use CAD software for concept design sometimes.

For example in Revit we have some sort of surface-based families.

In 3ds max we have this type of plugin - please watch this video:

In Zbrush we have height maps to just stamp details in our designs.

So I am talking about the same thing in Fusion 360 or some other surface-based modeling soft.

Best case scenario would be:

1. Ability to create these "inserting details" with both: parts of the detail that extends from the surface and parts that cut out parts of the surface (subtraction boolean operation).

2. One single "inserting detail" must contain several solids with different materials.

3. Ability to build up my own library of these details.
