I drew this on the canvas, the starting screen before you make something polymesh 3d. Sorry please disregard the context menu popup from another program.
If you drew it on the canvas without activating Edit mode in the process, then no, you can not.
What you're looking at isn't a Polymesh and it isn't a Primitive (a parametric model defined from a mathematical formula using parameters you set using sliders) . In fact what you're seeing on your screen is just pixels that have been painted on an image document, and as a result of this it ultimately isn't all that different from the .jpg image you saved it as.
Edit Mode is an important toggle that separates working with vertices on a 3d model from working with pixels on the 2d canvas. Edit Mode is extremely important when it comes to working with 3d models inside zbrush, so unless you want to use Zbrush as a glorified MSPaint alternative then I would suggest moving the button back to your UI and keeping it on. Don't leave edit mode to draw new tools onto the canvas as this will convert any old model currently drawn on your canvas into pixels. Instead, keep the tool you were working on in Edit Mode and append the new tools/models to the current one as subtools.
