Hand Painted - Elemental Monster ( Plant Monster) Color advice ? :_D

Hey I would like to share my hand painted creature, but im not sure about what color  I should use  that fits better and also gives me  better armony between the other colors. I tried to make some kind of lowpoly character  like Dota 2 style.
All suggestions are welcome  !
1. Initial one ( I think is  too much saturated that blue )

2. The same blue and rocks color , but DESATURATED 

3. Other Type of blue.
4. Green Skin Version.

I sort of see the plant themes that you incorporated, but they aren't very strong. Seems more like a volcano crater than a plant shell.

I agree with u ... Maybe the plant stuff is too poor  to be recognised as plant....the main idea was to create a character that could combine with  a plant world, but also could be in a lava , desert , or water by changing the skin  (texture) so i focused On  that kind of shell being the biggerst detail on the creature , and thinking it could also be a volcano when making the lava version of the creature.
that was the original concept sketch before creating the 3d model

6- Changing the shell for a purple, gives it more  agressive look , i think.....

Why don't you place a seed to his crater-like back? Something like Bulbasaur's seed :P .Or you can incorporate the roots to the model and make them stick out of the leg, not only in the texture.If the roots were more dominant, it would look more like a plant-creature.  From your color compositions i like number 4 because  the colors with these hues work together well, it is green-ish to remind you of a plant, the purple gives an alien feel as well

Wow, It´s been a year from this  Character.... was the first time I baked a high poly model xd...., You guys helped me out that time. I wanna thank you all for that.
