Queston about UE4's texture compression

Hi guys,

I've been having this issue with textures I import into UE4, It seems to be to do with compression as when I bring in my textures most work fine but some start to create artefacts. Below is an example of a texture I've created that acts justs like the UV Tex coods, the first image is what I want alongside its settings but after saving (and compression due to saving triggering the compression) I end up with the image at the bottom which distorts my Coods.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
