Normal Map File Not Updating - Toolbag 3.04

Hello. I'm having an issue where my normal map file isn't updating when I make cage adjustments with Max Offset and Paint Offset. I haven't been using Toolbag for very long so I may be missing something obvious but I haven't been able to find much online to solve the problem. The preview window will show my adjustments correctly but when I open in Photoshop the problem areas are still present. Ideas? Any help would be much appreciated!

You need to press the bake button to bake full quality and save it to disk. When you make edits in the app it's saving the changes in RAM.
