(RevShare) Unity3d MMO Project in need of a ShaderProgrammer.

Hello there!, I have a need of a Shader programmer for a game project that me and other 2 collaborators are starting and becouse of my limited knowledge I am needed to find another collaborator that can help me make some Toon like shaders for hair,skin and some stylized pbr shaders for the environment and other objects.Tools needed if you have experience with them are ASE , ShaderForge or ShaderGraph they will do the job pretty good but if you can make it by code alone it will be much better.
I am asking for serious a person that can do the job and has atleast 5 hours a week to work with us.
