Default How to auto- align identical subtools in Zbrush (that were/was moved by accident)...?

Hello

I have a 3D scan (mesh) around 10 milion polygons, its an older project started months ago to which i came back now. I brought the mesh to zbrush, retopo it to lower poly and worked on this lower poly in 3ds max (the mesh had holes, bad geometry at times etc.). I want to bring it back to zbrush and re project detail (for displacemen and normal maps) from the original high polygon mesh.

The problem is that i tried to bring back the original hipoly mesh back to agisoft photoscan to reproject texture and found out that the hipoly mesh (10 milion) (and thus even the low poly mesh) have been (both in the same fashion) somehow mis-aligned from the point cloud they were generated from in photoscan... and that they do not match the point data in photoscan.I thus cannot correctly reproject the diffuse texture (!). I think i had to move the hi poly mesh in zbrush somehow by accident...

What i want to do now- generate again the hipoly mesh in photoscan (around 10 milion polygons), bring this NEW mesh (with correct position) back to zbrush and SOMEHOW, automatically align the old mesh (they should be pretty similiar, practicaly the same) to the new one (to the CORRECT position)..

Is there some feature/tool/button how to AUTOMATICALLY align (nearly) identical meshes (that have different possition, rotation, and maybe even scale)?
