World Machine - Mesas?

I am new to world machine and I am working on a project that requires me to make mesas as a backdrop. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to generate mesas or is sculpting them a quicker option?

Did you read the Users Guide yet? Plateaus are really easy and basic to make. What have you tried so far?
