Baking NaturalMotion Euphoria style animations?

I'm a little bit tired of ragdolls and decided to create a few variations of death animations for my characters. I wanted to do something like NaturalMotion's Euphoria, but baked. This allows me to turn the model into a ragdoll near the end of the animation and achieve a much better effect. A lot more work, of course, but definitely worth it since I have control about almost everything.

Does anyone know any plugin or software that is similar to that and helps me create those effects? Today I'm musing a mix of rigid bodies and key frames in Blender, but it's a lot of work.
