3ds max "biped apps" etc missing

I have no idea about 3ds max I am just animating based on what I saw from youtube and becouse I have no idea about 3ds max I can't solve any problems by myself  (black is mine) I want it to look like white

I found out why becouse this is not a biped this is a cat object what ever that means

CAT is a different animation system - it was an xsi plugin that autodesk bought before they murdered xsi.  The two aren't incompatible if you know what you're doing but you don't so stick to one or the other.

CAT was initially a 3ds Max plugin long before XSI existed - introduced somewhen around 2003-2004 as far i remember,  but developed by the Softimage team. AFAIK it never was available as a plugin for XSI directly. Later when Autodesk bought the whole Softimage company, CAT came also under the Autodesk umbrella and they decided to directly bundle it with 3ds Max, without the need for an extra purchase

CAT was way more useful for me becouse of easy IK changing thing I made my animations now but they look really bad xd

Whatever that means? Maybe it's time to do some reading. Have you tried the 3dsMax documentation?

I had no intention to use 3ds max I didn't know anything about it I straight skipped every thing and started rigging then I animted my model it is looking really nice right now.
