Looking for a father's day commission.

My name is Brice Johnson. I want to commission a fathers day gift for my father. This does NOT have to be done for fathers day. The deadline for this is 6/24/18.
anyway, onto the details.
My dad is an RC enthusiast. He flies mostly planes and helicopters. He has had this as his passion and hobby for the last 35 years of his life, starting from the young age of 11 with a nitro trainer. Currently he has an airplane kit from his childhood which he has put over 300 hours into. It's a biplane. This biplane will have a pilot that consists of just head and shoulders. (think about the image below)
I would like to employ someone to make a model pilot that resembles my grandfather for 3d printing. He's mentioned that he wants to get one that resembles him before, but I'm not good at modeling myself. Because this is being printed, no need to worry about lighting or UV mapping. I have quite a few reference pictures that I can provide. The model will be about 3 inches tall, so the resolution must be rather deep.
