I just started to build a brick wall in Designer, working on basic shapes for now(just height map), what do you think so far? I will be posting a progress pics. However I run into a bit of a problem. I am struggling to create those large chips on the edges of the bricks. I highlighted in my ref pic. Slopeblur node with clouds does not chip away big chunks of brick realistically. Substance masters, is there another technique to achieve this effect?

Thanks for the tip. In the end it worked out, I ran Slope Blur with "perlin noise zoom" node, then amplified the black values with Levels to get deeper cuts and finally applied "Tile Generator Random mask" to it to cut those chips only on some selected bricks.
I have added some surface damage, cracks , holes to my height. Here is the progress pic so far (AO added for depth). Will be working on Albedo now.
