Dragon Ball FighterZ 3D Character with Maya & Arnold

Hello fellow Artists ! 

With Arnold's Latest Toon Shader do you think It's possible to render similar results with Dragon Ball FighterZ Characters ? 

If so, any advice on how will I do it ? Tutorials you could share or experience on working with the latest toon shader ?
