licensing a model

so a company want to licence a model i did a while back. How much would you charge to licence a model as opposed to just charging a flat  fee to complete a model?

never been asked to do this before, hence the post

I'm guessing it's a non exclusive license right, so you are still keeping the rights to the model?

Also what kind of model? character?
