Need help finding a thread (its killing me)

Hey,
Some time ago (probably 1 month) I saw a thread here or on 80vl about not that well known tools/free software for artists.
All i remember was that one of them was Pure Ref, but i[m more interested in the console terminal software which i cannot seem to find.
It's really killing me and I've tried finding it myself with no success.
