Rails Simulator: The Coast Daylight

Hello Everyone, For those who may not know...My name is Logan Thurman and I've started a new series called "Rails Simulator". In the first phase of the project I'm focusing on the Coast Daylight route from 1936 to 1941 when Streamlined Steam was first becoming a thing in California. What I'm struggling for right now is how should I start this? Well the answer for that is to put it on here. The first thing is I need help with mainly just getting the model to look right when built. I've been struggling in getting anything done and I need help from the community who can help me and provide feedback in the building process(Mainly I've become a little rusty at this).

These are the first set of Drawings I have that are to help in the development of this game project.

Whoah! Those things are making me dizzy. Lots of information. If I was you, I would photocopy them and then get a marker and trace over the main shapes and use that first. Then go in for the small detail stuff after you have the big chunks laid out. Seems a bit overwhelming otherwise. You seem to know a lot about trains though so maybe you can dive right in. Cool drawings. Looks like an awesome project.

I've spent my entire life learning the technical aspects of almost every American Steam Locomotive built. So this will be easier than you may think. It's just the sounds that's the hard part since no GS-3 exists anymore.

Got the drawings scanned at my local print and copy shop in town and started the first of the wheels for the SP GS-3 4-8-4.
