Maya LT 2017 Presentation Question

Hello there my friends, I had a question about Maya LT 2017

I recently purchased Maya LT and wanted to use it for modeling and selling my models online. I understand that at that low of a price for the program that there isn't going to be a full fledged rendering system, but I am looking for a way to decently present my models for when I list and sell them. My problem is that the edges look really jagged and not very good quality if I take a screenshot from the view port. I've tried using the Phong and Stingray materials but to no success. If anyone has any tips or advice on how to take "renders" or screenshots it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again friends.

Sounds like you want to know how to enable anti-aliasing (aliasing is the 'stair step' effect you see on edges).

On top menu bar of viewport go to Renderer > Viewport 2.0 (button on right side of text) > Anti-Aliasing , enable both options.

Though if you want to show off your model, its generally better to either do a proper render or use Marmoset Toolbag / UE4 to show them off, as opposed to a 3D modeling apps viewport.
