ZBrush polypaint from texture is very weakly projected on the mesh

Hello. I was playing around with some rock related things in ZBrush and i wanted to be able to use the dragrect stroke to project both my heightmap and a texture onto my mesh simultaniously. This works except that the texture is very weakly projected onto the mesh as you can see in the picture.

What i'v tried

1. RGB intensity to 100
2. Change polypaint mode in the alpha & textures tab
3. Tried different textures, even the default ones give me the same result
4. Tweak focal shift

The only thing that i have been able to do is to up the falloff in the alpha tab, which fixes the texture projection but obviously completely fucks up my alpha...

I'm kind of out of ideas here, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

'1' will repeat the last stroke/action, so as long as you don't adjust the viewing angle you should be able to
    1. Draw out the first stroke (alpha only, with your desired alpha falloff settings)
    2. Turn off ZAdd, turn on RGB and the texture, adjust the alpha falloff settings, then press 1

I will test this out soon. Sounds like something that could work out temporarily, cheers :)
