Answered: Quixel Mixer bugs me crazy - can't save anymore

Hi fellas,
iam a quixel mixer user since about 3 days.Out of the nothing my workfile cant be saved no more.
Quixel mixer just wont write the xml no more.

I constantly download my files (xml;preview.png;and Paint folder) from my NAS/server to my hdd again.

Then iam able to open it again, when i want to resave it shouts at me telling, me some "item cant be found".Or that one message attached..

I have no clue what to do,i even tried to modify the xml.
under that path down there i only see 2 folders .Would apreciate any help here.

I'm having the same issue, after using mixer a view days without any problems, out of the blue i can't save some projects any longer. Worst part is, that my save folder is correct but mixer isn't showing my saved work anymore.

Bugs like this are certainly annoying - let's get it resolved by sending in this report to support@quixel.se. We'll take care of it ASAP!

the funkyness wont stop :-( 
oh no way,  it cleared the complete folder.This aint good...
this is my work SSD, (zbrush,substance,3dstudio,toolbag,marvelous,everything can write there ect..)

How can i send the report ? There was no option, like in the screenshot above i can click only OK.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, simply e-mail support@quixel.se with the details and we'll take care of the rest.

no problem,did exactly that.It makes no sense to discuss this here anyway if its programming related which is what i guess.But its always helpfull if others confirm it in case its an usererror.

the support just mailed to me that they will look into it.
