A little bit ago I started a modular barn kit, it wasn't until recently I got it up to a presentable stage.
The aim is to create a wide array of props & pieces to create barns with, as well as tell a story with the presentation like I achieved previously with the Gas Station.
I'm still trying to get the polycount of the foliage down because it's quite dense at the minute.
The buggy looks cool. i think the ecelctric fence thingy needs more variation in the cable hanging. If this was in Unreal, look into "cable component".
As far as I am aware, on your foliage, a high number of polys is okay so long as you've minimize as much of the transparent areas on your texture sheet as possible.
Great grass, don't worry about getting master grass model down in polycount, worry more about getting good LOD setup. Nearby the camera high polycount is ok, but it gets bad quickly as it moves away from the camera. Several sets of lods just for grass can give great results.
