Textures for modular building pack (SCHOOL WORK)

For the textures for the polygon models I created simple textures as the models where not very complex. The barrel is the first image below and is a simple cylinder in yellow, then the extruded edges are in a dark grey. The table is also a simple wood texture with a lip on the edge to create the illusion of a lip without creating extra polys. The texture for the door is a simple wood with fading at the bottom as a normal door would. The knob is a simple unpolished brass colour.

For the ten models I created for the modular building pack I created a texture atlas (shown below). The first on the atlas is a metal door, this was created with a simple image of metal with some rust added on top and a door handle. Next is the double wooden doors. These where made using the same textures as the door in P1 above then the frame around them was a simple chipboard. Third along is the floor for the bottom level which is a plane to cut down on the number of polys. This is a simple tiled texture where each repeated section consists of 30 preformatted tiles. Next to that is the floor/roof for the middle levels that allow one cuboid to have the roof and floor on each side. Each face of the cuboid represented on the texture relative sized with their UV. Finally on the top row is the lamp which has a simple tiled brushed metal. The general form for my textures are tiled base textures layered up to make them look realistic. There is also some dirt on each added for the effect of a dilapidated look.
