How do you add materials into 3ds Max to use in the material editor?
The only things I have found are videos and files explaining how to add MAT. files from already made sources like VRAY. I am trying to figure out how to bring my own Albedo, Normal, Roughness maps into Max to then use as materials to add to objects. How is this done?

@BigCapitalist your question is so basic that it can’t possibly be what you mean. And technically it is answered by the link posted above.
So maybe try asking again and post a screenshot of what you are trying to achieve.
I’m thinking that you are probably thinking of Shaders and not Materials. If so look into ShaderFX tutorials on YouTube.
