So I have run into an unusual issue I've never seen before.
I'm currently working with a scene populated by Containers to allow for multi user editing however the Container Definition files (.maxc) are disproportionately large in file size compared to the Main Scene.
My main scene is about 330MB (this is with all objects being stored locally in the scene)
However once I start dumping objects out to containers the resulting definition files are anywhere from 45 - 50MB regardless of the complexity or amount of meshes contained in the definition file.
I've worked with containers extensively in Max 2015 and older and never encountered an issue like this.
So I'm wondering if this is an problem with Max 2017 or if it's exclusive to me?
Any help or insight into the problem would be greatly appreciated.
