[Portfolio Review]: Feedback on artwork - 2D environment

Hello everyone,
Being active on social media doesn't really help for me to get feedback and tips on my work, so I'm hoping to get some feedback on my portfolio and recent artwork / studies through the forum here.
Maybe some small backstory 
. I started with my studies in 2007 and have been painting for almost ten years now. I have been working as a freelancer and teacher for 6 years now. I would say I'm mainly interested in designing and illustrating environments but for time to time I dive into character studies and paintings as well.

I would say I'm mainly interested in designing and illustrating environments but for time to time I dive into character studies and paintings as well. Recently I'm trying to make a habit of taking my time, and really trying to think before placing my brush marks, brush economy and so on, but it's hard. I started striving for a more analogue painting feeling.
