If you upload it to syncsketch it would be much easier to leave detailed feedback. As an overall opinion, I feel the enter is actually pretty strong however everything after that just feels very slow. The poses are actually pretty damn good however you need to really speed everything up, at the moment it all feels rather slow and floaty.
The 4-5 second mark seems good but then from then I would play around with pushing your timings to be faster.
Hey! As Rmunday said, after 4-5sec it may need a speed up. My taste suggests exaggerating more the follow-through poses because Scout is supposed to be that kind of flexible, dynamic lively guy. Force'a'nature. I send you some notes on the syncsketch, I hope this will help.
Personally I would say from frames 157-162 the upper body is very stationary the mid spine/chest area could maybe rotate around clockwise to flow a bit better, keeping the arms posed as they are it should help create a nice arc with the arms to better match the clean look of the legs . I am useless at draw overs but hopefully you can get the general gist.
