Suggestions for an improved zBrush UI experience?

My day job is as a UX Designer/Dev. I do 3D stuff mostly as a hobby. So it's been almost a year since I touched zBrush. BUT! I just got a new Surface Book 2 and I'm reinstalling all my software and thought it would be a good idea to start a new fresh install with an improved zBrush UI experience. Any suggestions? I have a friend who teaches zBrush to college students and he let me use his config file for that, but I was wondering if anyone out there had seen any nice simple and straightforward versions of custom UI for zBrush. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I use the minimal UI, turn on right click nav, turn of right click popup, have "s" and right click on my pen, undo on my mouse, and everything else I use hotkeys for. I usually have the tool palette in one tray, and maybe brush in the other, but most of the time they are closed. I also turn the rotation and scale speed way down so i can make fast, imprecise flicks to navigate around without getting lost.

I only use zbrush for sculpting so I don't spend much time digging through menu's enough to warrant a custom popup menu.
