So i'm trying out Substance Painter 2 and am following their offical guide on youtube.
However when I bake my High to my Low poly mesh, the normal looks all weird and stuff.

As you can see it creates these black spots at my seams, here is my mesh with wireframe and my custom unwrap:


I'm still a noob with custom unwraps, I always used to do UVW mapping for basic meshes such as furnitures etc. that didn't require custom unwraps.
So I would really like to know rather this is a problem on my part (probably is), or that i'm doing something wrong in SP2 or rather it's SP2 itself?
