[REV-SHARE] Looking for a 3D Character artist for a Cyberpunk/Borderlands art-style stealth game

My name is Luiz and I am working with a team on an upcoming production under the title of The Edge of Light. My team mates and I have been working on the project part time for past 4 months and the project is midway through vertical slice which is essentially a small part of the game that is taken through an accelerated development cycle from beginning to end.

The Edge of Light is a heavily story-driven game inspired by Blade Runner and the art is influenced by the Borderlands series and Cyberpunk /SciFi games. The story outline: - "Despite Kyo's recurring nightmares about the day her mother was kidnapped, she acts like life is perfect. Hiding from the law and Aries Industries' prying eyes, she spends her days thieving with her pet ferret, Snow. But Kyo is forced to confront her own fears and past when a mission with a reward too good to be true traps her in the same lab responsible for her mother's disappearance so many years ago."

We are looking for a 3D Character Artist who can create and animate characters. This position is estimated to call for a minimum of eight hours of commitment per week. He/She will be responsible to create character model assets and animating them. During important or key phases of development, this amount may fluctuate. Apart from that, the applicant should also fulfill the following requirements:.
  1. Understand the project requirements and develop models accordingly
  2. Works efficiently and effectively within the games art style and timeline
  3. Create 3D models from concept art made by our concept artists
  4. Optimize 3D models for creating the game environment
  5. Review 3D models and provide recommendations for improvements
  6. Is expected to continue to refine artistic abilities and learn from other members
  7. Must be able to model from concept reference and if needed no reference at all.(edited)
In order to join our crew, you must also be self-confident, self-initiative, and able to follow a weekly schedule. You can choose your own weekly tasks and the pace you work with. You need to be comfortable with communicating through voice chat and participating in weekly voice meetings. We also expect our team members to solve their problems with the help of other members. You must also be prepared to help a fellow team mate in any way you can.

This segment of the project is estimated to last another 2 months and will consist of rapid development
Compensation: This is a Rev-Shared project. The compensation depends solely on game sales. The members will be paid based on the profits made by the game and their work. This may change over the course of the project.
