How to merge three bunch of pictures?

Hello friendos,

I have 3 folders with about 2000 pictures in each. Here are example of pictures from each folder:
1. Space

How to combine batch automation of all the pictures? Someone please help.
I can do a single picture, but there are 2000 of pictures... How to automate merging all pictures?

Is it a animated sequence?

You could simply load the 3 image sequences in a software like after effects (costs) or fusion (free) and comp them there.

Natron, After Effect or Fusion work with pictures?
It is not animated yet.
Should I create 3 animated video like .mp4 and compise them in composing programs? I never used them before...

You don´t need video files for compositing programs. It is normal to work with image sequences. If they are properly named then after effects or fusion should recognize them as image sequences and import them as a animated sequence.
