[Zbrush] 2018 - Smooth Group brush issue

Hi everyone,
The smooth Group brush is not working properly for me on Zbrush 2018. I tried to import the brush from the 4R8, but I got the same weird effect.
As you can see below on the screenshot, on the left side, that is what I have when smoothing with the smooth group brush in the 2018 release. On the right part, its on the 4R8.
Someone can help me?

Got more information about that.
It's a well-known issue which will be fixed in the next patch.
