Camera wont Pivot around point of interest - MAYA 2017

The Perspective camera is rotating on its own axis instead of pivoting around a point of interest, I've tried changing the tumble settings but to no avail.  I want the camera just to have the default view rotation around an object

Try creating a new perspective camera and using it instead of the default
