3ds Max - Vertex Animation Bug
Everything about the bug is in this video.


So this one is with auto key.
Set key is not working with vertex.

    It's not a bug. Every vertex has its own animation keys.
    Use the curve editor or dope sheet to adjust the keys for that vertex.

    BTW, personally I would animate using modifiers. Then if needed bake to a vertex animation with point cache.
