Narrative-wise, I'm gauging from the facial expression and the casual walking demeanor, that the character is on a duty but in a relaxed and almost carefree manner. If that's what you're going for, I think it expresses that fine. There's a number of avenues that you can pursue though if you want to create a more pronounced presentation piece.
-The way the character looks straight ahead at a specific camera kinda makes it dependent on external assets (that aren't there.) It'd be nice if the rocket girl can exist independently by having it look around for targets/danger as she's on a mission, doesn't have to change the carefree expression though.
-It's extra work but you can accentuate the presence of the carefree attitude but switching between states of a [discipline][duty][mission] mood and the [carefree][relaxed][daydreaming] mood. Like in one loop she's doing what she's doing now but then shakes here head a little and turn into CallofDuty™ grumpy and looking out for targets, and then alternating back to the first loop. It's just my personal preference though, but I imagine that contrast between two animation states would definitely give the piece more personality and help it pop out more.
