Keyboard Entry Default 3ds Max

I'm not a big fan of interactive modelings and prefer to be very precise with my measurements. Hence, I almost always use keyboard entry when creating a primitive. Is there a way to make this the default, or if nothing else hide/lock the Parameters Rollup so it isn't always in the way?

If you right click on the Move/Rotate/Scale tool, this window will pop up and you can input exact values. It also changes automatically from World to Local/View/Workingpivot/etc depending on your pivot type

That still doesn't fix the primitive creation process, but it is super neat and helpful! Thanks
