I thought, maybe it was because of non triangulated lowpoly model, but I also tried with triangulated and the artefact is still there. I'm also not sure if a curvature map should look like this...
Iray has some issues with bak ed normal maps, it's a known issue. Your curvature looks ok, it's probably a bit strong, you may want to reduce its intensity in the bake settings..
