Great job with the details on everything, but might i suggest the road textures are very clean, you need to add cracks/dirt/variation and maybe add some sidewalks and grass..The textures are the main problem, next to lighting. Some textures look low resolution/clean, so i say you ought to take important note on textures, then lighting could do better, maybe find a different HDRI, or maybe come up with your own natural lighting. Other than that i love the attention to detail you have done and look forward to seeing the finished product.

I haven't used a HDRI in this scene but it will have a go at using one, thanks for the feedback
