Add more scratches and dirt, and "add" ambient occlusion between parts to achieve more realistic look.

That back needs more designing.  Just looks like a bunch of pipes sticking out of a flat surface.

Definitely opportunity to push this farther.  What was the concept art?

Something seems to be throwing off the scale for me, but I can't place what it is. Yours seems a little bit more like a toy than the reference. Like the details are a little more exaggerated or bigger or something.

The back of the mech definitely has more depth in the concept than you allowed in your original model.  Liek the torso is a hood over the internal components towards the bottom of the torso.  This makes me wonder if there's not a way to quickly model out the fixes and get it refinalied.
